Your hospitality management group should have well planned in proving a comfortable and seamless experience when a guest goes from desk to his/her room. That takes firm and inspiring leadership from you.

Make great communication 

Try to improve your communication believe me it’s your first impression on your guest. Always talk independently with your hotel staff, and give chance to give their opinion on any issue related to hotel management. Communication error causes loss of your clients, and drop the ball, as well as you cannot connect with guests professionally.

As a hospitality manager, you should work odd hours and often be on-call to handle any case as they arise. Generally, guests complain at the front desk about not getting a king-sized bed, now it’s your responsibility to resolve it and make a decision by offering a discount, or free room service. That way you can apologize for the lack of available king beds.
